We stand behind the durability of our products. All our LED signs come with a 2-year comprehensive warranty on electrical components (LED modules and power supplies). If anything fails under normal use, we’ll ship you the replacement parts via express mail immediately.
2. Professional Design Approval (Sample Drawing)
To ensure you get exactly what you visualized, our engineering team provides a Detailed Technical Drawing for every order. Production only starts after your written approval, ensuring the final product matches your brand standards 100%.
3. "Stress-Free" Damage Protection
We use high-standard export-grade packaging (reinforced wooden crates) to ensure your sign arrives in perfect condition. In the rare event that your sign is damaged during its journey, simply contact us. We will prioritize a rush replacement to keep your project on schedule.
4. Flexible Order Modifications
We know that projects can change. If you need to modify your design or dimensions, we offer a 24-hour window after order placement to make changes at no extra charge. We aim to be the most flexible partner for your business.
5. Real-Time Production Updates

9.Disclaimer on Indirect & Installation Costs
WanJingSign is a manufacturer, not an installation contractor. We are responsible for the Product Cost and Original Shipping (if applicable) only. We are not liable for:
Labor costs for sign installers or electricians.
Rental of cranes, lifts, or scaffolding.
Loss of business revenue or "soft costs" due to delivery delays or defective products.
10. Electrical & LED Warranty (Limited)
We offer a robust warranty on the functional components of our signs:
LED Modules & Strips: 2-year limited warranty.
Power Supplies (Transformers): 1-year limited warranty.
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover failure due to improper voltage connection (e.g., connecting a 12V sign directly to 110V/220V power), lightning strikes, extreme weather beyond the product's IP rating, or unauthorized modifications.
